Insurance

The majority of my clients pay out of pocket for psychotherapy services, as I do not currently accept insurance.  However, many PPO plans allow clients to choose an out of network provider. In these cases, I will provide the necessary paperwork so that my clients can be reimbursed for my services whenever possible.

Please call me to discuss my fees.  My rates have some flexibility based on my clients' circumstances.  I offer a sliding scale for faculty, students, and veterans in particular.  If you are not able to afford my rate, I will do my best to help you find appropriate referrals.

Hours

Most clients meet with me once or twice per week, although some people find it helpful to meet more often. We will work together to find a time to meet regularly that works with your budget and schedule. I have times available in my Oakland office on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.  I also have times available in my Walnut Creek office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
